After an electric busking tour of France in 76, they met up with Daevid Allen, founder of Soft Machine and Gong, to form a space punk band going by the name of Planet Gong, and released the now well over 250,000 selling album "Live Floating Anarchy '77" on Charly Records.

They went on to release 2 more albums with Charly Records, both of which are still selling today, and used the advances to buy a tour bus, a PA system and lighting rig, and undertook a series of free tours throughout 78, 79 and 80, all across Europe and the UK.
